  • Planned, executed and coordinated more than 20 different internship programs across 5 different organisations including the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Led more than 2,500 individuals from across 5 continents and more than 20 different countries over the period of 1st January 2013 to July 2014
  • Pioneered a ‘Points Based Internship Model’ allowing for large-scale automation of digital internship programs
  • Gained extensive experience in running large teams across geographies through the development of systems and processes that require minimal financial and managerial investment

  • The Indian Economist is a digital magazine focusing on economics and policy. It clocked more than 1 million views in the year 2013-14 and was rated India’s No. 1 blog for Policy and Economics by IndiBlogger Blog Rankings
  • Developed primary processes and systems for the Human Resources, Marketing and Editorial Departments
  • Conceptualised and executed the recruitment, on-boarding and work of more than 350 columnists and 1,100 interns across a 15 month period across 5 continents and more than 20 countries
  • Pioneered a low cost model that allowed the website to break-even in the first year of operations
  • Under my leadership, the website’s Alexa Ranking climbed 8 million ranking points to reach a global high of Rank 200,000

Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
Campaign Consultant, Scholars for Change Campaign (2 month assignment)

  • Consultant at the Ravi J. Mathai Center for Educational Innovation for the Scholars for Change Campaign, heading the Human Resources and Operations for the national level campaign
  • Recruited and led more than 700 interns from across India on a large scale digital internship program that generated 25x more educational resources than initially targeted
